For once, the problem was not a shortage of time, but of inspiration. Plenty of post-punk stuff is right in my wheelhouse, but I wasn't interested in doing a pastiche this week - I wanted something usable. And I hedged and hedged until I ended up with something that was neither pastiche nor particularly usable. I have yet to find my groove in this round, I'm afraid. In any case, for a throwaway, I don't completely hate this, but it's definitely not a winner. Total placeholder lyrics, too, so I won't even print 'em.
