Very little time in a busy week (where have we heard this before?), but I kinda like this one. I was thinking ahead towards writing for a potential new bar band project. I've got a vintage Princeton that I'm test-driving this week, and I felt like playing drums. I'd also been listening to the new JD McPherson album. So, it's a little rockabilly, a little Black Keys, a little Elvis Costello. Not a major piece of songwriting (most of the lyrics were written quickly, immediately before tracking each verse), but I like the bones of this one.
