11th hour hail mary. I didn't have time to flesh out what I started with so I churned one out on the second string downstairs guitar (she's my beater...the songwritin' guitar) with my handheld recorder to keep myself in the round. Really need to change ol' Bessie's strings and get her set up...she kinda sounds like ass.

Some dude goes to fight in the Napoleonic wars and leaves his girl, she waits, he doesn't come back, he dies, she dies, now they dance as ghosts on the white cliffs of Dover.
