Had high hopes for this one... but holiday weekend forced me to rush it out. I was thinking epic and there's a band I love called Thirty Seconds to Mars - they do a great job of writing these earnest, epic, pop meets electro songs. Didn't quite get there - but prob wind up rewriting this song with more time
lyrics
Dig, dive, claw, survive
Live, die
stop losing, not moving
What we doing?
City of Babylon
Hearts bleeding, Dark feeling
I'm needing
City of Babylon
Give in, Sink or swim
The sun shines in the east
Downtown traffic is uptown grief
Surrender or feed the beast
Pressure for passion
No in between
Heaven what do you mean?
Challenge every moment
Struggle every day
Want your life to be easy
Games that people play
Fight to be relevant
In your head
Living to win over dead
