A different direction for me this week. Great Grandparents or Grandparents... All my Grandparents were my everything so I hope to be that to my future Grandchildren/Great Grandchildren one day. That's my message.
lyrics
I sit on the banks
Of this river today
I ponder on life
And its troublesome ways
The memories come crashing
Down over me
Of Grandmas and Grandpas
And good times for free
Well some folks find the bottle
And some folks find pills
But I turned to Jesus
And Grandpa's cheap thrills
When you're down and you're broken
And sorrow you see
Remember Grandmas and Grandpas
And good times for free
Love your Mamas and Daddies
And love thy neighbor too
And don't cast no stones
Cause they come back and strike you
And when you do struggle
On life's stormy seas
Turn to Grandmas and Grandpas
And good times for free
Well some folks find the bottle
And some folks find pills
But I turned to Jesus
And Grandma's sweet will
When you're down and you're broken
With trouble to be
Remember Grandmas and Grandpas
And good times for free
Turn to Grandmas and Grandpas
And good times for free
