Yeah, I like my dog. I spend most of my workdays around people's pets, and I'll make up songs to sing to them. They will follow me around, so either they like it or they're really confused. I think it might put them more at ease. Who can tell? So I guess it's a song for an audience that has no money. But when I say the words Harpo or moon, he tilts his head, and that's quite amusing.
lyrics
Have you met Harpo
I think he's pretty great
Don't know what he just ate
He seems ok
Just don't let him kiss you
He's barking like a chipmunk crossed though his terrain
He's pretty brave until it starts to gently rain
He sniffs at flowers when we take him for a romp
Right before he eats them with a chomp
Have you met Harpo?
I think he's really neat.
Now he's licking my feet.
That's kinda gross
But he is acting happy.
He ate my shoes I must have left them out someplace
I tried to get mad, but I couldn't ,look at that face!
"He loves feet!" She declared, gave him a squeaky foot
In 20 minutes that toy was kaput.
Have you met Harpo?
He's having a good dream
Like running in a stream
He's kicking me
While rerfing in his sleep
Do you wanna go to the mooooon?
We'll go there soon.
