Ok, I know, this is not quite a Monkees song. However, I did envision that it could be used by their fictional evil arch nemesis band, sixties biker types lol. In all honesty, this is another (I know but this ANOTHER is serious) project. I have over half an album of new material of this agressive, lo-fi, fast paced, sixties garage fuzz punk sound. Loving it and having fun!
lyrics
I need some metal affection
I'm sittin on hot burning steel
Pavement is my direction
Black leather appeal
Just let me ride
Switchblades and white knuckle madness
Are the formula for my mind
Need the road to take my sadness
Let the throttle undwind
Just let me ride
On the back is a leather bound bombshell
Be aware she's a smoking gun
Motor psychos are born to raise hell
Playing second to none
