Uncle! I like some of the musical events in this. I don't like the lyrics and didn't spend much time on them at all as I'm sure you will see. Tried to sing something simple about a girl without sounding like a stalker. I hope I hit the genre close and I hope I didn't channel something I had heard. I'm sure someone will tell me if they spot it. Oh well - I'm still in!
lyrics
She’s In My Head
I set the clock to wake me – when it’s over
I tossed around so many years
I turn the page and then I – wish I could see her
She’s brought to bloom so many tears
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
I walked around this town and – thought I’d seen her
On every face that passes by
Can’t keep my mind on things I’m – feel scattered
My eyes are numb my mouth is dry
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
Came home from school and then I – thought I’d call her
Can’t punch the numbers on the phone
I’ll just go back to sleep and – then I’ll see her
In safer realms in my alone
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
She’s in my head and it’s alright
