OK So fair warning to all.. with this challenge I decided to REALLY step out of my comfort zone. Jerry you wanted Prog...so I listened to some metal and did a miserable attempt at a Thrash Metal Tune. I went over to my buddy Hippie's house (I hope that is not considered collaboration..as I wrote the parts and then said "listen to this shit and lay down a drum beat like you do when you play your death metal shit..and in a take or two..BLAMMO we had a shitty recording ) I plugged into his bandmates "metal geetar amp" and played some FUKIN METAL!! I apologize but I need to work on my metal vocals so forgive that... but anyways I wrote my first THRASH METAL SONG.. Hell who wants to start up a Metal band I'm gonna call it DEATH CROTCH!! So enjoy the first rough draft from DEATH CROTCH!! AG I really think I could use you in the band too..what do ya say?? Its about Aliens coming down and killing us all and taking our planet or something like that!! Screw you Jerry for making me go this route!! Sincerely yours P Ferguson
lyrics
And so it was meant to be
That we laid down our swords
With the hopes of Peace
With the hopes of Peace
But some things can never be
with Jealousy comes Hatred
With Hatred comes the war
So once again we must chose our weapons well
We must ride together
With the hopes that one day
The Angels and Demons may sleep together
Nothing gonna last forever
Time waits for no one
the clock is ticking
minutes pass and I am thinking
Time to find a new land
wait theres's a light ahead
cmon cmon cmon lets start again
Shut up shut up
They are crawling sucking worthless
I will rise
they are crawling sucking worthless
Get down upon your knees and pray
get down upon your knees and pray
screaming into purity
The fly upon the wall will sit..i will try
Turn off the engines set it down
I got a new life..lets start a new life
set them on fire.. burn it down
they're inferior
they're inferior
they're inferior
