Well, for lack of a topic I went to the bookshelf and found a book called Death of the Innocence, the Jon Benet Ramsey Story. Each movement is an element of that era.

The Ramsey Story
Movement 1 – Realizing The Day
As the snow drifted over mountains
Light sparkled in the houses
Sound asleep til morning
Rays of sunlight break
Struggle to focus
A desperate memory
Emotional healing
Pain & Agony
End of the tunnel
Light is coming near
How did I get here
Start to sing a familiar song
Portray someone strong
I begin to realize the day
Movement 2 – Prettiest Girl
They demanded attention from all of them
The entertainment would be at its best
There’d be no talking until all the judges were done
The prettiest eyes for the camera
The dress and the smile for the glamour
And all of the girls would go home with a prize that day
The Prettiest Girl
The Prettiest World
We never knew that she’d end up where she is today
The look of the innocence hidden by what they thought should be
Age that is shrouded in mystery
Try to regain your composure
A smile on your face when you pose for
The camera that flashes for all of the world to see
The Prettiest Girl
The prettiest World
We never knew that she’d end up where she is today
Whatever it takes I know you can make this turn out right
The wonderful gift that would come back in time
Maybe you’d dance for the money
But it can’t compare to the thrill of the ride
The Prettiest Girl
The Prettiest World
We never knew that she’d make it to where she is today
The Prettiest Girl
The Prettiest World
Paying the ransom would keep her from going away
Movement 3 – Leave A Note
Sad Reality
Sometimes the pain
Vulnerability
Create a page
Leave a note
Tell ‘em what they’ll have to do
Leave a note
Spell it out so clear
This is who you are
Fight off any thought
It’s a secret
Victim doth belong
Leave a note
Say what they will do
Just leave a note
Open the door
And she whispered filled with joy
Presented his request
Save the world the wicked mind
Victory is but won
That is why I ask
Carry out a task
Unto earth
Hide the true winged spirit
Daughter of dying heart
And sufferers depression
Plays with glory
Trailing crumbs of glory
Sunny winter day
Hear the master’s voice
Strength
Movement 4 – December Morning
On a late December evening
Snow is on the ground
We remember, We care
A gift to her family
Love and purity
Home at peace
Angels sway in the breeze
We sit and think
And listen to the day
Well done my friend, well done
