As a fan of Van the Man, it was a real challenge to decide which way to take the vibe. So I stopped thinking and wrote a loose love song while trying to capture some honestly, rawness and earthy undertones
lyrics
Window open, jump out and run
to you my love
there's no stopping season's change
call me winter, cause here I come, here I come
You dress yourself in a lavender veil
the heart on your sleeve, you wear it well
I will call you spring
I will wait for you
You can call me winter
When the nights get long
In between the lines is where you walk
You were born a lover of men
so many don't understand you
speak to me like the moon speaks softly to the sea
I will call you spring
I will wait for you
You can call me winter
When the nights get long
We will dance the night away
there will be no tomorrow today
we will have the last of the best
and the best of the last
you can call me winter
and i will call you spring
