This is my ode to the mighty Emprical Labs Distressor, which I put to abundant use while producing the track, and also to the double entendre tradition of blues singers like Lonnie Johnson. Though it may not seem especially heavy or raunchy to folks who tend to operate in either of those circles, for me it is pushing considerably further in both directions than I have before, as per this week's challenge.
